CEO Remarks

First of all I would like to take this unique opportunity to wish you all a happy belated New Year. This year is the year that we all have been waiting for because we will have our final production prototype within the last quarter. Before I move on, I would like to thank God for keeping me focused and motivated during these hard years of development inspite of the heartache and personal tragedies. Although the journey along this long path is coming to a successful close, there is no way I could have reached to this stage without the kind dedicated help that I have received from my staff, close advisors and family. Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to thank: my mother and father Agatha and Duncan Stewart together with the names listed below.

Since our last shareholders meeting, I had to change the design of our prototype fifty four times. This made the total number of changes to approximately three hundred and twenty. Each time the design was changed, I have had to go back to the patent lawyer to make sure that the changes are correctly patented. If that were not done and we made the prototype and took it to the market, any company would be able to copy the machine with no patent infringement. Therefore, it was important for us to make sure that this was done right, so that Tetracton alone could make this product for the duration of the patent. We had only one opportunity to ensure that the final design patent was correctly done. We have waited a long time for this product to be on the market, but the wait was necessary in order to maintain the integrity of the product.

I know that it has been frustrating for all of us, but the end is literally in months now rather than in years. You will be pleasantly surprised when you see the finished product. It is being made in England by a company called DCA Design International, which is located in Warwick. We have a quotation, which estimates that the prototype will be completed in the last quarter of this year. Those of you who saw the original machine, which was free standing, will note that the latest Agatha machine is now a lighter more portable device with new added features that put the product at the forefront of modern technology and will set the trend in oral hygiene.

I am absolutely confident that I have protected my shareholders’ investments by maintaining the confidentiality of the new developments and producing a truly world class product. I predict that by 2007 and onwards all investors will see excellent returns on their investments.

Below are individuals that helped me tremendously during the early stages of developing the Agatha System. This is not a list of shareholders, these are people that believed in me from the beginning. I wish to say a special thank you to them for their emotional support and for their faith and trust in me over the years.
